The sprite art and music are top tier, as usual. However, after playing Streets of Rage 4, I kinda expected a little more out of this one gameplay-wise. I would've rated this a little lower if this wasn't for multiplayer, which is actually really awesome, and the fact that this is on game pass, makes it SUPER EASY to round up 6 people.

I know some people who will ADORE this, and even if that isn't me, it was still a fun, solid time.
