While it's better than the first two games, it's still a pretty dull action platformer and the ability to switch between characters really doesn't add much depth or quality here. Visuals are ok, as is the soundtrack, but as another early CD game it opened the door for comically bad voice acting that isn't bad enough to be funny so it just makes the whole thing feel even shoddier.
