You can get the dumped games here from the googledrive and the fan translation here. You can play it on PC or steam deck (seems to be the best way) but you should also get this for PC if you don't want to deal with magnifier/OBS shenanigans.

Phantom of the Network and Legend of the Network are actually full fledged games for the series with PoN following the original 3 games and LoN the later ones. I can't believe we got these games before Chrono X.
