I'd only ever played the 3D Classics version of this game before now, and wow, I was not expecting to sour on this game. I still love the aesthetic, level design, and variety of gameplay options, but the amount of slowdown is absolutely insane. The slowdown leads further into missed button inputs which leads to numerous deaths and damage being taken for reasons that aren't your fault. That the game released in this state is nothing short of a failure. Read my 3D Classics review for commentary on an actually playable version of this game. 2/6
