Not really a fan of the overbearing number of match 3 games on the app store but I do like fishdom for what it adds, a collectathon aquarium builder, and it does act as a good time waster. Having said that some levels seem designed around using your power ups which you have to pay for if you run out unless you wish to wait for long periods of time which shows it isn't that different from the rest of the swarm of these games.
