The game is pretty much just don't starve but with multiplayer aspects. The single player is pretty much not updated at this point and most of the new content like character redux are implemented in the multiplayer version.

The multiplayer mechanics work pretty well from what I can recall. It is a nice refreshing experience to play with friends and try to survive together. The game is also constantly getting update so there's always something new (events, skin packs that you can purchase, etc.).

Unfortunately, just like the original game that I have reviewed, the game's mechanics just don't stick with me nor my friends. We eventually abandoned our world due to being frustrated towards the repetitive foraging process and the combat system.

If you ever feel like trying don't starve, this game is pretty much all you need to get. It's not expensive anyways so why not?
