Barro F is essentially an extremely low budget meme racing game by Brazilian studio SC Jogos. There are several Barro racing games but this particular one has a 'Formula 1' theme going with car liveries resembling real life teams (past and present) such as the iconic Marlboro McLaren Honda from the late 80s/early 90s.

Tracks are very simple and gameplay is chaotic with the biggest challenge being fighting the wonky physics and lunatic AI opponents. Despite being a bad game on paper, the actual execution provides some form of fun worth the very low price of admission when on sale (less than 50 cents).
