A legitimately successful attempt at bringing brawler-style combat to the third-dimension. There were a lot of games in a similar style at the time, and they were all mostly terrible, but Urban Reign actually nails it. While it's forgotten today, I've forced many of my friends to play this game, and we always had a good time with it. The single-player mode is quite difficult, and I have pleasant memories of staying up all night with a friend of mine to push to level 100 before the sun came up. One of the many hidden gems in the PS2 library, and a great party game to boot.
