Much prefer the style and integration of puzzles in this game and onward where they actually complement the narrative instead of seaming like a roadblock sometimes in the previous game. That being said I can't say I enjoyed the story this time around and out of the original trilogy, this one is my least favorite overall. Pacing is way too slow with story beats that just feel like padding and the twist just feels a bit too obtuse, even for Layton standards. Still worth a playthrough for the puzzles alone tho.
