Final Fantasy VII Remake is a wonderful re-imagining of the JRPG classic. Its weighty combat mixed in with the classic turn-based elements of the original make for some incredible gameplay beats that keep you wanting more. Each character plays entirely different, each containing their own skills and builds for you to discover and explore. The story and characters are also very well written and enjoyable, and the cinematic is wonderfully animated, giving these classic characters some much-added depth that goes a long way. Some story sections can be tedious as the case for most modern Final Fantasies and dialogue can be weird in some cutscenes, but all-in-all it's an incredibly fun game that will keep you enthralled and entertained for hours.
