This is easily the worst console Sonic game sonic team has put out ever. I've never seen a platformer with such unintuitive and unresponsive controls that actively fight against the player at every turn. This game deserves to be even more forgotten than it already is, I'm quite honestly glad 06 took the attention away from this embarrassment of game design. At least when people think of the "worst sonic game" they think of one with some actual potential that can be reached through modding or remakes.
Cute story though.
