One of the single best creature collectors you'll ever play. Right up there with the best. Especially impressive for an indie title, but the vibes are just right.

The noticeboard requests should have been accessible wayyy earlier, or have some kind of running tally that continues on between levels. It's one small change that would have made the world of difference in the post game.

Played through this to see if I should get Shadows in the steam sale. The answer is yes. Love to play as a lowly beanwizard on the trail to find a number 3 pencil so I can sort some shipping forms and getting absolutely bollocked by a gang of clowns.

An idle with a lot to do. Maybe too much. I'm at the current very end game right now and I'm still struggling to keep up with it all. There's just something about Pokémon that always keeps me going though, and every new update improves on it huge. Use the Crobat Fork if you pick it up it's the one with the most fun stuff from experience.

Kodaka has done it again. How much you’ll like this game is all down to how you read that. I’ve been all in on his bullshit for years now so I’m too far gone. Save yourselves.

Extremely fun game. The base gameplay is a ton of fun, if you’re looking for a AKI style game you’ll find it here. I’ve had a blast playing it in RTE and online so far.

Very lacking in CAW options though. You have more options in an unmodded No Mercy, and you’re surprisingly limited with what you can do with the little you have also. No kneepads and kickpads for example. They seem like they want to update the game often though and if that includes more CAW parts on top of the wrestlers we know and can assume are coming it could go up a full star.

It has a horrendous translation and a lot of that classic rpg jank and I love absolutely every second of it. It’s a charming little masterpiece.

I’ve never tried this specific version myself but I definitely recommend the recent fan translation should you check it out yourself, it should make it a lot easier to get into and actually understand and appreciate what’s going on. But I’ve replayed this game many times now that I don’t need it, and I only found out about said new translation after I’d already blasted through it all so I’m not in a position to give it a try quite yet.

The lies the original translation of the game gives just add to my experience everytime anyway. Sometimes you gotta trek for hours for an item then be told incorrectly that the item is useless by an npc.

Some of these courses are the most frustrated I’ve been at video games ever and I never want to see them again. The rest of them are more than welcome back into my home whenever they want.

i respect making a full game just to get cute art of characters, that is a business decision i can get behind

i have lost control of my life
