This game made me question the economy in the Mario universe.
I have been a long time Paper Mario fan and I have been very excited to play this remake since announcement.
Playing through one of my favourite games remade on Switch felt like I was playing it for the first time all over again. There are memorable characters and worlds, creative and fun battle system, the amazing story. I am so happy that this remake exists and that more people get the chance to play it now that it is on Switch. There are a few hiccups with the low frame rate (which didn't even bother me that much) and slower battle menu. The improvements the remake does have make the game a joy to play through with the amazing soundtrack and reduced backtracking.
I cannot recommend Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door enough. Whether you are an old or new Paper Mario fan. This is one of the best Mario games out there.
