I wanted to like this game so bad, but this is not the kind of game I thought it would be. I'm not into sandbox games like this. I need to have a clear objective and story. I'm not the biggest fan of "do whatever you want" games. I can see how this can be for someone who does like this kind of stuff, but it just wasn't for me at all.
I think I pictured like- Uncharted or something of that nature, and that's just where my disappointment came into play.

Not saying it was bad. I'm saying it wasn't for me.

If you want one with more linear objectives, The very first game from 2000 has that, although still with some more open ended moments (basically imagine each level as a puzzle, there's usually one way to solve it thats the best way although technically you could just do it some other way.) For example in the very first mission Diana tells you to bring a sniper rifle, or a car bomb for the second one. Although its still very much a stealth game with costumes at its core, despite the linearity and clunkiness from age. Absolution, the fifth game, is also pretty linear although in a similar manner where the game gives you all the tools and makes you figure it out, although its closer to this game in terms of the challenges and general gameplay. If those sound interesting for you, they tend to go on sale fairly often on pc and I think Absolution is backwards compatible on Xbox One. Never hurts to try something for a dollar

I'd still recommend checking out Hitman 2016 and Hitman 2. I don't like Hitman 3, but I LOVE those two
