It's definitely nothing great. It's not even particularly good. But I'll be darned if I don't love that stuff like this exists. This the kind of game you find at a retro store, and as a collector, you pick up simply because you're stupefied that it's even a thing. But yeah, the gameplay literally consists of slowly driving a limo & playing half-baked minigames for about 20 minutes & that's the whole package.
