As a whole package, this is a solid set of 2D Adventure RPGs, very cute at times, not really challenging, but is fun if you need something a bit more chill to play. Below I'll put the reviews for both games just in case you don't feel like looking for them individually.

Cat Quest
-------------------
I hadn't actually heard about this game before, I saw someone stream it and was pretty curious, I wish I could go into a lot about this game but there isn't much to it.

It's a 2D Adventure RPG filled to the brim with cat puns. The graphics are actually pretty decent as well as the dialogue and the combat. the only bad thing is, the game kinda suffers on the fact that if I'm not mistaken this game seems like it was once a mobile or flash game. It's very short, and not really difficult, but it is a decent game. Wish I had more to say, but there's not much here to say about other than it being a decent game that honestly would benefit if played on-the-go like on a mobile device or handheld console.

Cat Quest 2
-------------------
If you've played Cat Quest and want to know if this one is worth playing, I'll say definitely. This game is the better one as it should be. First off, it has co-op, despite me not playing it on co-op and just going solo, the other character is controlled by the A.I. and it's a actually very smart fighter (something I with Tales of Arise would notice take of), they dodge and attack very well and never go rushing into danger.

The story is honestly a bit better, nothing to really note, but at the very least I'll say that both characters have agency, so there's that.

The gameplay stayed mostly the same, but there's a better option to make a build, for example I played as a Mage so I handled all the magic and unlike the first game, the rod weapons shoot magic instead of acting as melee all the time. So the A.I. I made into a melee fighter and I just stuck to that formula.

The graphics didn't change at all, it pretty much used some souped up assets from the last game, and the music was fitting but not really memorable.

All-in-all it's a good game, has room to do more, but it did do better than the first game.
