Nightdive Studios is quickly becoming one of my favourite game developers. They revive games from my childhood and make them playable again, but do so with great care and attention. The Quake II remaster is an excellent purchase for shooter fans, and other studios looking to remaster old games should take notice. My only gripe, besides the base game and the fantastic new MachineGames campaign, the rest of the content on offer is only just okay.
