I honestly think this will probably be my favorite game to come out this year. It's cute, silly, whimsical, charming, light-hearted, funny. Everything I wanted it to be. It's a bit short, but I really loved what was there. Collecting hats, exploring the city, and completing quests were all enjoyable. I hope we get a sequel or just more of this kind of game.

Did you play anything else this year? Final Fantasy VII Rebirth? Dragon's Dogma 2? Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth? Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown? Animal Well? I've been waiting on this game for a few years now, and it took me a little over an hour to do most of the things. That was pretty disappointing to me. Plus the platforming never gets any more involved or better. I wish there was more moves to unlock or something, some sense of progression except being able to climb higher. Very cute game, but ehh.

@Tomiply I haven't played any of those games yet. Your criticism is fair. For me, it was cheery and cute and exactly what I needed now.
