Way way way over-hated, but I will say that is certainly bad.

The story itself basically happening as filler between an actually important cutscene, really it was likely last minute and shows.

Some awful writing all around the board not just for one character like every one keeps insisting. Every character out of this expansion was pretty terribly written if I'm being honest, or the very best I could say was slightly above average if not just average.

Visual style Neomuna is a good destination, the neon, incredibly advanced design of Neptune being a big positive at least in my eyes.

Soundtrack isn't anything really that note worthy, but really I don't think much destiny music is much more then set dressing, some of it is stuff I occasionally listen to but nothing I can think of from lightfall specifically.

All up though there have absolutely been better and worse expansions, this did at the very least introduce strand being such a good subclass imo.
