I used to like undertale, it was an eccentric but charismatic piece of media that tried to talk about the decadence of a civilization but the more i revisit it the more that the pieces of this work that fall aparts.
Not only it limits the way you can play (in a moral point of view) making excuses that you should feel bad for all this people even if they are staight up dangerous (mettaton alphys undyne asgore etc) all of this makes you feel bad and as you see it again and use common sense and you see that this simplistic and over the top characters try to manipulate you into believing a half ass theme that is too idealistic or hypocritical you see how restrictic and really unpolish this game really is. Every single one of the out comes puts the blame on you and tries to make a message of acceptence but ends up being one sided and not complemented enough to be earned of his reputation.
