For the time, Pokémon Y was the most visually appealing Pokémon game and it holds up by having unique French scenery. I liked playing through the whole thing and mostly enjoyed the music and going around the map. The issues I have with this version are most of the Pokémon behind Yveltal, Xerneas, and Zygarde are super unmemorable and I haven't really thought about any of them in comparison to the other games in the series. Also I think that this generation had the perfect opportunity to have a Pokémon Z but they totally missed it. Then the only other part of the game that I remember the most was the champion fight and some of the gym battles. A good Pokémon game but hasn't held up in comparison to Diamond or Ruby or White.
