"An Irritating And Pointless Cleaning Simulator"

Viscera Cleanup Detail: Santa's Rampage , and the other games within this series, are pretty pointless to me. They serve little else than being glorified cleaning simulators, and the humor within is very nonexistent. The first 5 minutes may make you say "wow there's some gruesome deaths I guess", and after that there is nothing else humorous nor very enjoyable about this title. The physics are clearly wonky, and while some may say it adds charm to the game, I think it provides a barrier. Finished cleaning up a massive pile of gory bits? Guess what?! Your box will flip out and send them flying everywhere. Additionally, the cleaning supplies will spawn random bits of gore, and in certain cases, LIVE DYNAMITE. Whoever believes this isn't anything other than a troll from the developers, one which is clearly designed to annoy and set the player back in progress, is mistaken. I didn't enjoy this title very much, and I can say the same for the other spin-off title, with the only reason for me trying the Shadow Warrior version being because a friend owned it and wanted to try it out.

I do Not Recommend this game, since it only serves as a time waster and provides little else. The only reason you should purchase this game is if you really want to spend your time gaming doing mundane chores.

Final Verdict: 3/10 (Poor)*
