To say that this game didn't have an impact on me is an understatement. Playing this on the 3DS everyday, enjoying the characters and story and enjoying the gameplay pushed me through a hard time in my life. I can truly say after playing a couple times, this is one of my favorite RPGs I have ever played, and it's the comfiest game I have ever played.
The characters are all great, Tiz, Agnea, Ringabel, and Edea, they each have their own personalities that are lovable and endearing, the side characters and the enemies you face are also charming in their own right. The world, Luxendarc, is also quite beautiful in many ways as well, as there are many different locations with their own set of beautiful scenery. The 3DS really does a good job showing all this on the screen, it feels perfect for that system. The music is absolutely amazing as well. Music was done by Revo, who is part of Sound Horizon, and it shows. It has some great rock tracks and some bopping tunes.
The gameplay is also stellar. It's your standard turn based gameplay but with an addition to the Bravely and Default systems (hurhur). You can choose to block an attack with Default and add a point to your character, and doing Bravely spends those points to have more than one attack in a single turn. It's a simple premise, but one that does wonders with planning out fights in a satisfying way. If you have streetpass unlocked and someone passes you with a save of BD, then you are able to summon that team into a fight as well, it's very cool to do!
There is one part of the game though that does something rather peculiar, only way i can hint at this is if you watch Haruhi Suzumiya and got to the endless 8 arc, for me, this was very entertaining, but for others it could be very annoying, i didn't see it that way, it was an entertaining way of showing what exactly is happening in Luxendarc as a whole...just...be wary that this is a thing that happens!

This is my all time favorite 3DS game and I wish it got more recognition for what it does right, which is alot in my eyes. I will always recommend this to anyone who loves JRPGs, especially that of classic Final Fantasy titles!
