I think it's weaker than the first game but only by a little bit. The things I love about the first game hold true and the new characters added to the cast are great. Franziska and Pearl are a lot of fun. In general it's kinda held back by not as great cases though, as well as a couple pretty bad cases. The music also doesn't hit quite as hard as the first game, still quite a few bangers though. All of these downsides aren't enough to stop this game from being anything less than great though, just a lot of competition when the series has so many fantastic games.
