Brilliant! The graphics are absolutely beautiful, and the gameplay changed but it's still really good.

The story is the best part, accompanied by an emotional soundtrack and an amazing cast of characters who are beautifully written, as example, simple things, like finding a guitar or a teddy bear in the middle of radioactive wasteland are paid off with beautiful and memorable moments between these characters. The level of detail is insane.

As for the DLCs
The Two Colonels is one of the best expansions I ever played, although the voice acting was disappointing.
Sam's Story was extremely boring, enough said.
