This is the first time a fighting game has ever clicked for me, like really honestly clicked into place. I have tried many before, but nothing stuck for more than just a passing phase. I finally get it after playing Tekken 8. It's a raw feeling of "Oh my god, I get it" which washes out any issues I can see. Which yes there are issues, it's story mode has faults (What the hell was the Warriors sections that wasn't designed well?).

But after finishing that final boss on the hardest difficulty, after time after time of getting beaten just to get back up and finally finishing it, I have never felt so fufilled before in my life. I finally get fighting games.
