Drakes Fortune: The game presented interesting characters and a really fun action movie-esque plot. The game play was shown to be enjoyable but it was clear that the developers werent quite sure how to take things with this new generation. About 35-40% of the way through there was a bit of tedium in the combat and then the climbing puzzles. The good part is that every time I began to think about how worn out I was there was character developement and story moments that brought me back in. The curse of El Dorado being real and creating these Descent like creatures was not something I was expecting at all. I am so glad they went with it though as it gave the game some real spice, I thought. There were a few moments reminiscent of Nazi Zombies from World at War when Nathan Drake found the Nazi lab. It was interesting to consider this game came out a year or so before World at War too. Maybe the devs who threw in the WaW zombies easter egg at the end played Uncharted and were inspired? who knows!! Over all a little basic and it is clearly a game made my talented people who were only beginning to figure out how to create games on the PS3. Id give it a 6.8/10
