haven't played a game that justifies its existence less than this one. looks worse, plays worse, and isn't even a different enough experience to be considered a "reimagining" and judged as its own game like RE remakes. it has no merit, and only exists because EA ordered an artless team of developers to make a shinier looking cashgrab that would erase the original in public consciousness as well as give them an excuse to never port the original game again. the blind praise this got proves there is no audience more cattlelike than gamers, and we'll keep getting the same games but worse for a long time and people will keep eating them up.
