I have a lot of affection for this game, being the first game I ever played, at least as far as I recall, at the ripe age of four. For a fan-game of its time, this was INSANELY impressive, not to mention the fact that it lasted longer than five seconds, had actual physics, and multiple unique playable characters... WITH CHEAT CODES?!

I wouldn't call this a masterpiece or anything, nor even groundbreaking by today's standards, but I think it speaks for itself that this game remains truly special to a huge chunk of the internet, and it absolutely deserves the nostalgic affection it continues to receive. Thank you, Ultimate Flash Sonic, for kickstarting my childhood.
