What a fantastic way to cap off this trilogy and bring everything together. The two filler cases are just alright, solid at best, but the setup of cases 1 and 4 and the overwhelming ride that is case 5 elevates it all so much. The way Takumi manages to pull every pivotal moment and character in the series together is beyond impressive. Dahlia is a really great villain and Godot is a perfect foil to Phoenix, they both tie in excellently to the other characters. It really pulled at almost every emotion for me and the way every bond Phoenix has made comes full circle in the end was so heartwarming (I love Edgeworth and Franzy).

A lawyer can only cry when it's all over... and I was crying my eyes out watching how such a lovable character like Phoenix had grown by the end. So many moments that just perfectly punctuate why this series is so good from Mia's ghost to Godot's crying to the picture of Mia and Maya as kids. It could have been even greater with better filler cases yet I am still very grateful for this game.
