It is a good tech demo for what can be done with the Super Mario 64 engine but it doesn't work as it should. The 3D parts don't work, at all. The water stages are horrible because they aren't made for the controls and camera in 2D, since they are in 3D, and the hub room has camera problems since the first time you boot up. It could be better polished. I liked the attempt, but it didn't work out well. Maybe if all of the stages were 2D, it could've turned out better.
