Total mayhem, the game. It really reminded me a lot of The Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction, and it's no surprise as Radical also made that game. By freeing the main character of the restrictions of Hulk only powers, and also adding in ambiguity around if he's a 'good guy' or not, they made the game a lot more fun. Now you can cause wanton destruction, civilian casualties or not, and your powers can go completely nuts. I also really like that they let you drive the tanks and fly the helicopters too for even more variety and fun. It did get a little repetitive, the constant cut scenes were annoying, and the stun loops led to some frustration (why do game makers think those are fun?) but overall a nice little diversion and one I would recommend checking out.
