The last game I played in 2022/first in 2023! Had just so much fun playing this one.
To be honest I don't care much for ARG/creepypasta stuff. But here it was just seasoning to an already interesting game and concept. Didn't expect to actually enjoy the "escape room" puzzles. But the camera footage stuff... It was just kind of boring to me.
The card game is really great. There's a surprising amount of depth in it, and you can craft so many interesting plays and strategies. So happy Kaycee's Mod exists, I can play as much of the card game as I want, and with some great challenges and more balanced rules :3
I almost never know what to write when trying to review a game's plot/story, and this is the case here. I enjoyed it. I love P03 so much, it can call me an idiot gamer all it wants <3
The sound design and music in this game is incredible. The bosses all have especially memorable tracks.
I at first planned to just watch a playthrough of this game, for the plot. But as I saw more and more of the card game part, I knew I'd have a ton of fun with it, and I decided to play the game for myself. I'm glad I did!
