Aggravating. I felt like I was constantly fighting the game. The movement is not instantaneous like it was in previous entries. You can now tap surfaces with the cursor, so often you end up tapping moronically when you try to interact. The puzzles are difficult in an annoying, obtuse, inelegant way, but the final one is deflatingly easy. I had a bug where occasionally my cursor would jolt across the screen, which ascended from minor annoyance to close to game-breaking when a puzzle requiring precision came along.

On the positive side, the environments are much more detailed and atmospheric, and I liked having to learn about the characters. I enjoyed being in the world, but not interacting with it. Should have just watched a playthrough.
