I really like this odd, janky game. It always felt a little awkward to me as a kid, and it made sense to learn later that it wasn't initially planned as a Starfox game. Anyway, transposing Starfox to a vaguely Zelda-like game is a weird choice but I think Rare were still in pretty fine form at this point. I thought the environments looked beautiful for the time, and I actually kinda liked Tricky (my friend hated him passionately though I'm pretty sure). The combat was simple but fun, and the ending felt a little slapdash but still cool.
