A fun addition to the franchise that I have a real soft spot for, as it was really my introduction to the franchise, having played it when it came out. Playing through the series today, it certainly doesn't stand out from a tremendous franchise, but I think it condenses it down nicely. Marisa Chase is one of my favorite characters in the franchise, with a surprising amount of depth. The Vita's touch features hold the game back at times, but also give it a bit of charm. For me, in 2022, it actually comes out as a more fun experience than the original, Drake's Fortune, or its remaster.
