A strong pair of DLCs that complement the GTA IV story in their own ways, each providing a different sort of experience but both tie strongly to Niko Bellic's story. The Ballad of Gay Tony is stronger on both a narrative and gameplay level, but The Lost and Damned is still a fairly good DLC. The Ballad of Gay Tony is one of the best DLC's I've played for any game, so it's a high bar.
