Whoever had the idea of having a jacked Texan protagonist trying to prevent World War I fight Dracula's descendant was onto something but this ain't it.
I just don't understand how the series evolved backward into most basic controls and gameplay. After Super Castlevania, this feels like a step in the wrong direction with rehashed mechanics and ideas, wrapped in a jarringly different story. I just couldn't get into it enough to continue.
