really liked the first season of clannad so i bought the game :^) now she sits politely on my steam deck and now every day i have to look at her and start sobbing so hard that i puke everywhere
for real, i do love it when shit is just way way too overindulgently bittersweet and Sad for it's own good. see also: higurashi answer arcs, damian ojeda's music, the end of end of eva. shit that'll wring you out completely and cry with you the whole way. i do wish there was more stuff out there willing to hit those notes; consider me in on key from here out

im enjoying the purples the most, which may be largely due to me feeling like they didn't get nearly enough time to shine in the show :/
(tbf i think the anime mostly does a nice job in giving each character their fair due, kyou and ryou just got the short end of the stick for whatever reason. im just sayin did sunohara really need 3 episodes)
