The games themselves are not bad. However, Konami does not cover itself with glory with this retro collection.
Apart from a quicksave function, a frame that I can put around the small game window and a few not so nice filters, there is nothing.
Capcom has shown how to do it right with the Mega Man Collections.
Besides some technical gimmicks like good looking filters and Rookie mode, there are also soundtracks, concept art and more in their collections.
Also, only five games are included instead of the advertised 10.
Contra three times, Super Contra, Contra 3 and Contra Hard Corps twice each and Operation C once.
Plus Contra games aren't that long. If you, like me, played them when you were younger, you might only need 30 to 45 minutes per game. Even if you are playing these games for the fist time, I don't think you will need more than an hour per game.
I payed 4€ when it was on sale and this price is more or less acceptable. 20€ as a regular price is not worth it!
