Got spoiled by playing Round 2 first, as I missed some of the quality of life features of the aforementioned game like the ability to nuke the null blocks right off the bat.

Let me tell you that missing the time goal for 5 seconds when you spent an entire minute clearing 0 blocks at the beginning is no fun at all.

The difficulty curve was also a bit weird because some of the early Hard picross are just as brutal as some of the last ones because of the 5 minutes mark. The middle hard levels were fine though.

Other than that, Picross 3D just works, like its successor.
