Really good hack and slash gameplay (especially once you start upgrading your skills). Amazing Suda51 cinematography. Good Akira Yamaoka soundtrack.

Unfortunately this game feels like a bit of a compromised vision. It's very short, but still longer than Lollipop Chainsaw yet feels less complete story wise than Lollipop Chainsaw. Because of this, I wasn't really sold on the main antagonistic and the ending of the game.

I can see why people may have not liked this game when it came out. It being $60 on release for how short it is sucks, and having the word "Killer" in the name with a similar graphic style made many assume it was connected to Killer7 (and subsequently disappointed that it wasn't)
