not morally egregious per se but rather a depressing culmination of two centuries worth of design trickery and (d)evolving cultural/social tastes and otherwise exists as insipid casinocore autoplaying bullshit that leaves you feeling the same way as you did moments after blasting rope to that fucked up mmm ice cream so tasty thing you found in the middle of a reddit doomscroll. this game should come with a contractual agreement binding its devotees to never speak prejudicially about mobile games or musou or vampire survivors or people whose lives have been ruined by industrialised gambling practices. you seen that casinos have RFID wristbands now that let you re-ante by just waving your hand across the slots? goes great with the simulated day/night lighting and complementary alcoholic energy drinks. endless hours of fun! fuck the review man let's talk the end of the world in the comments below

Not my favourite JJBA opening to be honest. It fits the vibe of Part 3's back half decently well sure enough, but the thing about JJBA openings is that almost all of them are great as standalone songs to listen to, whereas Sono Chi no Kioku is just a bit flat without the context of the visuals. It's a bit like Traitor's Requiem in that respect, which I suppose is fitting since Part 5's back half is Part 3's back half but not bad.

That said, I do think it's got one of the better vocal performances among the JJBA openings- Ah. Wrong end of the world.

Six o'clock tv hour
Don't get caught in foreign towers
Slash and burn, return
Listen to yourself churn
Locking in, uniforming, book-burning
Blood letting
Every motive escalate, automotive incinerate
Light a candle, light a votive
Step down step down watch your heel, crush
Crushed uh oh this means
No fear cavalier, renegade, steer clear
A tournament, a tournament
A tournament of lies
Offer me solutions, offer me alternatives
And I decline

I like Losing my Religion better. There used to be a local barbershop I went to cause it was the only one within walking distance (carcentric suburbs strike again) run by a nice guy in his 50s, always used to put on REM songs through their speakers and nothing else, it was kinda funny to listen to those albums as I got my hair cut. It closed down unfortunately, I don't think it was ever very profitable, I hope the barber is doing well

Sorry but as a #1 anti-Vampire Survivors guy since day 1 I attest that Balatro eclipses it on the virtue of actually involving a degree of brain activity
