The childhood memory I relate to this game is one of being sick and having succeeded in convincing my mom to let me skip school for a day. She invited a friend of hers over and after pretending to be asleep on the couch I saw my chance and slipped away to the attic to play this game on the ol' family PC. Of course my mom quickly noticed this but brought me some beschuit (a kind of Dutch biscuit) with strawberry jam anyway, loving disapproval on her face. Love you too, mom.
