I wanted to play this game so badly when it was coming out. I even convinced my parents to buy me a PSP with this game.... How I was disappointed that it wasn't a ps3 version of the game.. Still beat it like 12 times tho. And now, I can say that the psp version is the best one

This game is fun. It's kinda like the old god of war, you go from stage to stage and kill everything with whatever you want: lightsaber, force, explosions etc. This is a hyper version of Jedi, there is still nothing like this in the movies/games(in comics and books yeah, but we don't talk about those anymore). Instead of just having a character and adding some small abilities, Starkiller was built around the big-ass force. You can grab people with force, smash them against the celling, grab them again, smash them against the floor... And it's also pretty usable, so it's not just a gimmick

What really surprised tho was the story. It's surprisingly good. The game is short, but the story easily could be a star wars movie. betrayals, double betrayals, Vader, and all this jazz. It's about how the rebellion was established officially and it's pretty cool to see

What sucks about this game are the bosses tho. Cheesus, they are annoying and clunky. You can kinda guess how to hit them, but a lot of times it feels like "wtf I just hit them with the same ability 2 seconds ago, why it doesn't work anymore", often with little to no visual representation of what happened. And the camera in these fights is not helping

Overall the game is pretty good. Fun gameplay, an interesting story, and cool levels. Stunlocks and boss battles are not fun tho
