You can invite your friends to the Condo. If you click on any TV you can open a video. This means you can watch videos with your friends at the same time. It's quite fun.
You need in-game money to buy all these decoration items. You can get this money from normal and plaza minigames, or you can go and try to increase the money you have by gambling. You can buy the decorations from the stores in the plaza. Some of them can be obtained from prizes in the arcade. Also, the only decorations you can buy are not for buildings, you can also buy items to decorate your own character.
As for the character, you can use the character model of your choice from the workshop. This means you can transform into characters from many games.
