Well, the idea behind Twelve Minutes is terrific. And as a big fan of time travel stories and such, I naturally had to play the game. But as cool as the scenario and one or two twists are. Trial and error is not. The game progression just doesn't feel good. We constantly have to listen to long dialogues again. We constantly have to wait for certain points in time within the twelve minutes. A designated fast-forward button would have done the game good to streamline the gameplay a bit. Instead, we can only fast-forward in conversations. The game also ends with a rather unexpected twist, only to end shortly afterwards without much explanation. How these (multiple) twelve minutes came about is never resolved. And so the game, which really had a lot of potential and has three terrific actors as voice actors, ends with a measly 1 1/2 stars.
