+ Amazingly deep and addictive roguelike gameplay

± Feels geared more toward experienced roguelike players (and those willing to look things up on the wiki)
± Graphics looked weird (or even ugly) on first impression but they grew on me eventually

- The UI is a convoluted mess (or at least it was before the June 2024 overhaul, which I haven't played yet)
- It was confusing figuring stuff out for the first few hours
