played co-op with my friends for a bit, but we were distracted while watching a movie at the same time, so we never played very well.
skill issue? probably lmao.
am i interested in working at it to be better? very much.
downside is that a team is only 3 people, and there are 4 of us who typically like to play these kinds of games together, so it'll be harder to play with everyone than it is with pubg.

really, really liked the atmosphere. and the music was incredible. however none of the character types really appealed to me (closest was kuras), and idk if i want to put time into playing/reading something if im not immediately interested in any of the romance options :')
but god damn, literally cannot say how good the music/aesthetic was. legitimately felt unnerved by some of the imagery the writing pulled up (but in a good, chilling way)

put any game with this pixel artstyle in front of me and i WILL obsess over it. the environments were charming, the farming was generic but still passable, and the sound design (super important to me!!) was just right.
did all the typos and embarrassing spelling mistakes really pull me out of it sometimes? ...yes.... there were some that i just would sit and stare the screen and wonder how someone could fuck up a word that badly...
fingers crossed that it gets more polish, and that it doesn't turn into another 'little witch in the woods' disaster where i can't bring myself to play it anymore bc the dialogue/pop-up texts are so bad.

have literally been following this game from day 1 of its reveal, and getting to play the demo was A FUCKING DREAM! cannot believe it comes out this year after waiting for it for so long <3

very cute, very pretty, and it was definitely satisfying to build, but i have townscaper and dungeon alchemist, and i barely play them as it is, so i can't justify buying another builder :')

grabbed this demo on a whim while browsing the demos page, and now i am absolutely going to buy it. was unsure about the style at first, but i had so much fun playing that i actually want to experience more. atmosphere is good, music is pretty, and aside from the asdf style character designs, i love the nature and building and item art, which is enough for me <3

classic souls-like, and while i absolutely love the themes and the mask gameplay, i didn't like how it felt to play.

incredibly sad that this comes out q4 2025... teared up multiple times while playing, even though nothing happened XD the idea, the atmosphere, the way beatrix and alice interact with the children.... it was beautiful and lovely and i wish it came out sooner :(

its lovecraftian, and thats enough for me. however, the graphics fall into that extremely niche category of graphics that gives me an insane headache after only a few minutes. like youre in VR without actually being in VR. terrible motionsickness alongside the headache ;w; but i did really enjoy the horror vibe that was built up, and how uneasy everything felt. might still get it and just play it in small doses.
