In four different instances I tried to give this game a shot, giving up every time about halfway through.
It always failed to keep my interest. It always feels like something I already played time and time again, incapable of giving me the slightest bit of excitement.
To me, this crosses the line of being "referential" to the original symphony-era Castlevanias, and enters the territory of being just an uninventive rehash
